Do you offer custom shelving sizes?
At this time, we primarily stock standard sizes. However, if you have specific requirements, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to explore possible options or provide guidance.
Is local delivery available?
We offer free local delivery for customers in Rowville and surrounding suburbs. This service is carried out directly by ADS Shelving Solutions. Eligibility for local delivery will be confirmed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
While same-day delivery is often available, the dispatch of orders may, in certain circumstances take longer than one business day.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we offer local pick-up from our Rowville-based warehouse. Just select the pick-up option at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready with collection details.
What if I receive a damaged or missing part?
Please contact us as soon as possible if any components are missing or damaged. We will make every effort to provide a replacement, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
